1. Who you're contracting with

These Terms govern your use of Listful (the "Service"), provided by Listful.co ("Listful", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, uploading malware, scraping, probing, or otherwise interfering with the security or integrity of the Service.

4. Intellectual property

Listful and all related software, branding, and documentation are owned by Listful.co. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits.

5. Service availability

We strive to keep Listful available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the lists and content you create. You grant Listful a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable window before deletion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
