1. Who we are

Listful.co ("Listful", "we") provides the Listful list-management service. We act as the data controller for personal data processed in connection with your account.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email, login credentials.
• Content — the lists and items you create.
• Support communications — messages you send us.
• Usage and device data — telemetry, device identifiers, IP address, browser info.

3. How we use it

• To create and manage your account (contract performance).
• To provide and sync the Service (contract performance).
• To prevent fraud and secure the Service (legitimate interests).
• To improve the product and fix bugs (legitimate interests).
• To respond to support requests (contract performance / legitimate interests).
• To send service announcements and, where permitted, marketing (consent or legitimate interests; you can opt out anytime).

4. Sharing

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, analytics, and support tooling.
• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record for sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting where needed.
• Authorities — when required by law.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. UK/EEA residents also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. We respond within one month.

7. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audited infrastructure, to protect your data.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
